HamOnt Strong Program

Our HamOnt Strong Group Strength Program includes:

3X 60 Minute Group Strength Sessions/Week: We run 3 workouts per week for 4 weeks focused on form, reps, weight/strength and overall progress.

App Access: to our training software to track your workouts and progress throughout the program.

Tailored Programming: Our workouts are tailored to you, your abilities and your goals. We meet you where you are at.
Cost Effective: Our program is similar to Personal Training except in a group and at a fraction of the cost. (Sessions start as low as $16/session).
You also get to join an amazing community with a coach that will motivate you, keep you accountable, help you build consistency and has over 16 years of experience.
